Adam Wojciehowski, national presenter on public safety topics

Adam has devoted his entire adult life to Public Safety and the preservation of human life. He currently holds the position of Emergency Response & Security Coordinator for U.S. Operations at Enbridge Energy; the longest pipeline company in the world. In this position, Adam coordinates all emergency management activities, large-scale exercises, physical security and policies along with training for all operations in the United States.
For eleven years Adam worked at the Somerset Police Department. During his tenure, Adam currently holds the positions of Field Training Officer (FTO), Evidence Technician, Hostage/Crisis Negotiator and Assistant Emergency Manager. He previously held the positions of Police School Liaison for six years with the Somerset School District and Armorer. Adam is the co-founder/coordinator of the St. Croix Underage Drinking Coalition; the largest coalition in Wisconsin combating youth access to alcohol and one of the largest in the U.S. He remains a part-time officer with Somerset.
Law Enforcement is just one facet of his devotion to people. His EMS roles include being a Nationally Registered EMT-B since 1998; current service with St. Croix EMS & Rescue- City of Hudson, WI for the past eight years. He participates in all rescue operations including Swiftwater, Confined Space, Rescue/Recovery Diving and High Angle Rope Rescue. Adam has taken the lead in numerous grant writing endeavors and donation requests with an aggregate total over $1,000,000 for both EMS and Law Enforcement.
His expertise includes leading businesses in the private sector as well. Adam is partners in Alliance Education Group: a public safety training company for services and companies around Minnesota and Wisconsin. He also owns Wojo's Designs, Inc.; a website design business that specializes in providing quality web presence for small businesses and government/non-profit organizations.
With the support of the Somerset Police Department and St. Croix EMS and Rescue, Adam has testified in front of State Legislatures to change several statutes that aid in making the Public Safety sector safer for all.
Adam has a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Bemidji State University- Bemidji, Minnesota and a Masters of Arts in Police Leadership, Education and Administration from the University of St. Thomas- St. Paul, Minnesota. Adam is an adjunct instructor for Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College and Capella University. He is a licensed EMT-B, Police Officer and Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
